Construction costs are currently skyrocketing

Material costs for wood (new construction 190 sqm in timber frame construction) have increased from 70 TEUR to 90 TEUR. I will receive the cost increases for the remaining building materials in the next few days.

However, a total additional cost of approximately 50 TEUR is to be expected. This corresponds to a price increase of 25% compared to the last offer from October 2020.

I have a lot of PUR insulation in stock and will probably trade it.......finding a "fair" price is not easy, since on the other hand, you don’t know the price for the alternative product if it is currently not available.
Basically not only bad, just different.... nostalgic feelings do come up :D

As long as the building materials don’t go like they do with the Tradant 601 … 600 builders want building materials, one gets it! It was also rumored that the parents ordered a 601 right at the birth of the child so that it would be delivered on the 18th birthday.
