We have already considered doing it via the house connection. The construction company made us the proposal, basically a good thing, but the appointment is only in 3 weeks. That means construction stop until then and who knows if our shell builder will still be available in 3 weeks and not on another construction site.

I also did not know that it is so complicated. We went there again today

Then someone missed that. Basically, one could have spoken to the municipal utilities right after the building permit and already prepared a construction connection.

So I already called the responsible employee at the municipal utilities before the application, he was really nice and even tried to explain to me how to fill out the application, which I already knew since I happen to be an electrician and have filled out many before. Everything went well, but your case seems to be a bit more complicated when I read something about [Überfahrmatten] etc...
Best regards
Matze

The first thing to do is to hire suppliers. Because they all have lead times. Providing the construction power now is already a failure on the part of the client. Bad luck.

Apart from that, construction sites can also be operated without construction power, e.g. using a generator. What does not work with that is a crane, but for the first steps this is in my opinion dispensable. Earthworks, base slab, first masonry work also work with a generator.

The construction power was applied for immediately after the building permit approval, what's late about that? Should one apply for such things without building permits? With construction water, it worked without any problem.

We are not building in a new development area but in a building gap, maybe that's the reason.

Yes, we are working with a power generator in addition to the construction power that is not connected and that we pay for. So we are paying twice.

And what went wrong then?

I still don't understand why you can't at least temporarily tap 230V from the neighbor. So once again the message: It doesn't have to be 400V right away, even if the shell builder would of course prefer that. It also works without a crane.

Construction water ... by the way I also considered it important, but for us it was the least important. The shell builder just placed a 1 cbm container and that was it. I only needed construction water for screed/plaster, that can wait.
