Secondary construction costs, amount of construction electricity/construction water, how much?

I think ypg is probably spot on with the information.

Our architect estimates about EUR 1,000.00 for construction electricity (including rental of the distribution box) and about EUR 500.00 for construction water.

The house connection costs depend again on where you are building and which suppliers are responsible. If you calculate between EUR 6,000.00 and EUR 8,000.00, you should be on the safe side – however, I would simply inquire directly with the suppliers to get more precise prices.

Construction water was free, construction electricity including rent nearly €1000 for a prefabricated house.

Construction power meter box + installation of construction power box + rental: 1050 € Construction power E-On: 296 € Construction power consumption: 235 Construction water: deposit 750 € - consumption: 42 € -> refund 708 € Prefabricated house with truck-mounted crane.

So we paid almost €5000.00 for the house connections (electricity and water) and another €2500.00 to the civil engineer to have the sewer connection installed. Regarding the house connections, I can only recommend that you go to the responsible municipal utilities because they can calculate the costs very precisely based on the plans.

Construction power cost us about 1600 EUR, as we had to heat the screed with construction power and also had a 9KW heater running.

So I don't have to pay anything for construction electricity and water. Everything is included in the house purchase price, including the connection costs for electricity, water, gas, and telephone.
