KfW Funding Climate-Friendly Residential Building from March 2023

Hello everyone,
yesterday we received information from Viehb. that there is no longer any KfW funding 297 (neither of them) for a house with a basement.
Apparently, too much concrete (white tank) is used in the basement, and compared to the previous regulation, this can no longer be compensated with additional measures such as extra solar panels, etc.

Hello everyone. Yesterday we received new information from Viehb. that they can now offer the funding for the basement after all.
Funding of up to 150,000 euros is now possible.

Is there a more precise statement on how they want to achieve that? Simply more photovoltaics and insulation, or do you need special "greenwashed" concrete or something similar? Or does anyone else have experience with the new KfW loans?

My conclusion regarding this funding after reading quite a bit and watching videos. We are building with a smaller developer. Absolutely no chance to save money here. The house would probably even meet the QNG standard, but the proof is too expensive and would cost multiple times the amount of the funding. Only with prefabricated houses, solid construction houses, or multi-family houses can one benefit from the funding. This is my personal conclusion; I would love to be proven wrong. Otherwise, we could really use the KfW loan.

So the huge additional cost can't be due to the concrete, I recently inquired at a company in the Hannover region and the price surcharge for the Eco transport concrete is less than 10% compared to the normal C25/30 F32... But of course that's pure greenwashing. Next week we have a marathon appointment with our builder and architect and the goal is to get the 140,000 Baukindergeld KfW40 NH (without QNG). So the smaller of the two levels... I can report back then :)

140,000€? That would be KfW 300 then and not KfW 297, right?
