Thank you very much for your feedback!
I will keep the topic of the shower in mind.
Our architect has planned a "Schamwand" in front of the toilet. We didn't think the idea was so bad. However, the idea still needs to mature.
We will adapt the window in the office. That is really a good idea.
In our first draft, there was an exit to the terrace through the kitchen. My wife currently prefers a U-shaped kitchen. But that is not fixed yet.
I will pass on your comment about the fireplace to our architect.
I still have a few questions.
At the moment, we have planned with a roof pitch of 30° and 38°, but we still have the option to change the pitch. Everything between 20° and 45° is possible (according to the development plan). From your point of view, does it make sense to change the roof pitch, for example, to 25° and 33° to increase the knee wall height? Technically, that is not a problem. Does the appearance of the building suffer because of it? When I walk through the new development areas, I often see relatively flat roofs.
The clear room height on the ground floor/upper floor is 2.51 m. In the basement, 2.39 m. Is that sufficient? We have planned an office and a hobby room in the basement.
Do you also have an opinion on skylights? I am not quite sure if the rooms upstairs will be bright enough. On the other hand, the windows are already 1.53 m wide.
Thank you very much for your answers!
