Hm, I am more concerned about ventilation: With bathtub + pre-wall installation + windowsill, there is quite a bit of depth, so you might really have to lean over the tub a bit more to reach the window handles? I had hoped that with a freestanding tub/tub shape, it would be easier to get past it sideways and reach the window. I see it the same way as : The draft or the missing water vapor in walk-in showers put us off, and nowadays underfloor heating has such a low supply temperature that the floor hardly gets warm. I also see the cleaning around the tub as a big disadvantage; If you can still reach the windows well with a built-in tub, that would also be an option in this design.

What you haven’t considered in my opinion is that a new building is much better insulated. The underfloor heating is absolutely sufficient for us – even in the bathroom. In addition, a steam column also forms in the walk-in shower.
Anyway, everyone surely has their own ideas on that. However, I don’t know anyone who had a walk-in shower and now would like to have one with a door again, rather the opposite.

You still have a second window in the bathroom that you can use for ventilation. Therefore, you really only need to reach the big one for cleaning.

I see it the same way. Now in the summer, our underfloor heating is off too, but the tiles warm up quickly from the warm water. In any case, I haven’t needed the additional electric heater in the towel radiator yet in the 8 months we’ve been living in the house. I would always leave it open at first, you can always install a door later.

I don't like large bathrooms, most have 5m2 of nothing in the middle, the tub squeezed into one corner, everything else in the other corners, it just always looks so old-fashioned.

My choice

Toilet and bidet separated doesn't make sense, does it?

People are so different, I personally love large bathrooms. You could put a big palm in there. Bathtub with 2 steps in front, etc.
