I can only agree. Calculate it yourself, a wallbox costs almost nothing including installation!
Per wallbox, you might only have to cover €100-300 yourself. I don't think it will ever get cheaper. At our place, each parking spot (4 in total) gets an 11kW charging station. Probably one that charges based on predictions, but can be switched to priority mode with a key switch.

Thank you very much for the quick and numerous responses. However, I still have a question regarding this. Since only "60%" is subsidized, how do you arrive at such a low personal contribution? I just googled the Eve Single Pro-line. If I see it correctly, it costs between 1000-1800 Euros without installation. Or am I missing something here?

Our house will probably not be finished before spring at the earliest, can I still apply for it now?

Thank you for your help

Having your own charging station makes a lot of sense with self-generated electricity. Since you are building Kfw 40+, you must also install a photovoltaic system + battery. And exactly then, there is an additional 500.- Euros per charging point. Look for a somewhat cheaper wallbox (the column often costs an outrageous extra 1000€). There are really many on the market for under 1000€, plus installation, let's say 500€ (but I believe it costs less). So 1500*60% = 900€ plus 500€ bonus for photovoltaic = 1400€ funding on 1500€ costs.

Get advice from your solar installer, they should know the conditions and the right timing for funding applications...

We have only made preparations for a photovoltaic system. Currently, everything will run on a heat pump. So, for now, plan without the 500 euros for photovoltaics, right?

The climate protection funding program supports the purchase of a wallbox with a charging capacity between 11 and 22 kilowatts with 400 euros for the wallbox as well as 400 euros for the installation and connection. The amount is limited to 50 percent of the eligible costs.

I am confused: assuming the box costs 600 € -> do I then receive 400 € or 300 € in funding?

It can actually only be 300 €, since the amount is limited to 50 % of the eligible costs, but I miss the note "maximum 400 €" in the test for clarification.

50% of 700 EUR are 350 EUR for me. How do you come to 300?
