No. The development plan states that the reference point is the valley side (i.e., the lower side) of the house. If the shed roof is there, that side counts.

How high is your budget and how big should the house be?

We are flexible with the budget, but I am expecting around 500k for the construction alone without the land and without the outdoor facilities. The living area should be between 200 and 230 m².
