Hello,
You are arguing with the principle "wash my fur, but don’t get me wet" – that doesn’t work; there is no jack of all trades for you either.
You can’t expect good infrastructure on the one hand and at the same time live comfortably and far away from any traffic. Have you ever thought that – the further you move into the countryside – the disproportional the car costs rise compared to the “peace” you buy?
You have to decide what is a priority for you
Rhenish regards
We were on the property yesterday at 6:30 p.m.
The nature and the birds were easy to hear.
But the cars too. It wasn’t loud. Still, it was present the whole time. Possibly it will be softened by the future houses in front. But basically, about every 10 seconds a car passes by.
The good or bad thing about the country road is that it leads exactly 3 km to the highway and thus is a highway feeder. And I think that’s probably why there is always something going on on this country road. But we didn’t see any trucks. Advantage, I can get anywhere quickly. Disadvantage, the high traffic :-(
My girlfriend said that the noise doesn’t bother her. But I think she’s trying to talk herself into it because she wants to build soon.
And I fear that we might regret it later, even if everything else fits perfectly... :-(
