Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 / KFW55 / Gas + Solar in 2016

I only understand gibberish.....fortunately, people are well paid for including every little detail (like windows, etc.) to determine what is possible and what is not.

I am bringing up the old topic again.

Can one generally say that after the new energy saving ordinance, building with gas and controlled residential ventilation (without solar) is sufficient or is that not enough?

No! You cannot say that. It is very likely that, despite all insulation, thermal solar must be included.

You must (!) have this calculated on a case-by-case basis.

We would have achieved Efficiency House 55 only with gas + solar and controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery.

We would have achieved Effizienzhaus 55 only with gas + solar and controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery.

We did too. Just an even thicker floor slab and underfloor heating.

But the current Energy Saving Ordinance has changed a bit.

Also, you have - like me: gas. Solar. Controlled residential ventilation/heat recovery. That's already everything.
