As I said, I am an electrician. I planned my own house electrically and back then rewired everything myself, already thinking about the (then) future of multimedia. I even installed network cables that are hardly usable today. Five years ago, I did everything in my daughter's house in coordination with the contractor. The basic plan—what should go where and how things should be switched—exists. It’s purely about the installation of the sockets. Whether it is allowed to simply connect them in parallel there or whether multiple branch cables per room have to be laid from that point. In the kitchen, it is clear to me because of the high load. The kitchen has at least 5 supply lines plus lighting.

what exactly is stopping you from doing that again? Nonsense, why should they suddenly be useless? what exactly is stopping you from doing that again? THAT is the question of all questions? Phew, I say do as you like but it is definitely allowed to wire socket after socket after socket after socket after socket. That is the current standard.

Yes, that's the point. It should be 2.5mm² for the sockets and we want to manage without separate junction boxes. I don't think it makes sense to go with 3x1.5mm². That can get tight if a fan heater or something similar is needed. Kitchen anyway 2.5mm², lighting 3x and 5x 1.5mm². We want to do without smart things, although that's not a problem with light bulbs and all sockets get deep boxes for possible actuators. With you, for example, you can see almost everything running over the floor. People have different opinions about that anyway. Intermediate connections to the sockets are okay, but supply lines should come from above.

We have laid 5x1.5mm² cables into the rooms in order to later separate socket groups by switching to another phase if needed. If ONE fan heater later has a problem with 1.5mm², either the fan heater is defective or you have installed other errors (or you want to operate 5 fan heaters in the same room).

With us, everything runs over the floor because of the solid wood ceiling and not a suspended ceiling, so there is no choice ;-)

That’s not the problem...

Over 30 years ago, 10MBit was "standard"... No one believed in 1 or 10 or even 100GBit...

As I said, the plan exists

Well, it could have been that the current standard requires working with multiple lines from a certain quantity onwards.
Or else with a spur line but with a junction box to divide things up a bit so that not so many connection points (contact resistances) occur.
In industry, it is handled like that at least.

Well, 1.5mm² = 10A fuse. We have a 2.5KW fan heater. In the long run, that will be tight. In case of damage drying devices = 2.8KW....
Just quickly connect an angle grinder - bam, fuse trips....

Cables should go through the walls, not through the ceilings...
