Hi guys,
today I measured the apartment, power outlets, water connection, etc.
Specifically: I can forget all previous plans.
On the wall where the kitchen is supposed to go there is
- at 35cm at floor level (so just above the baseboard) a power outlet, then again at 105cm and at about 405cm (measured at the center of the outlet).
- in front of the second outlet is the water connection, i.e. the sink and dishwasher have to go there (this is definitely the easiest option), IKEA also recommends this to me (I was there today).
Therefore, the arrangement would look like this now...
1. Filler strip (5cm)
2. Wall cabinet oven (60cm)
3. Sink cabinet (60cm)
4. Dishwasher (60cm)
5. Stove cabinet (80cm)
6. Regular base cabinet (80cm)
7. Corner cabinet
Then I would make the kitchen "only" 208 cm tall, since the upper power outlets are at 215cm.
I can't move the induction cooktop any further either, since at 300cm from the wall there are 3 power outlets calculated for kitchen appliances (again measured at the center).
I am now taking the sink Villeroy and Boch Subway 45 ceramic, I would install it as far away from the tall cabinet as possible, since the basin is only 40cm wide, so I could leave 20cm to the tall cabinet.
Here are pictures of how I imagine it all.
