rather the other way around. Extracting 320 kWh heating power from the brine within one month is quite intense. No new building in the world requires that much energy in a September.

What is ERRs? I'll check later regarding the cooling and supply and return flow. The next thing would also be who pays for the high electricity costs if the system is not running properly....

ERRs are single room controls. So thermostats in the rooms. Electricians like to install them (they make money from it), but they are hated by the heating engineers because they block the flow in the FHB. The costs for electricity consumption are still manageable. But it has to be regulated before winter, otherwise it will get cold at some point. Let the heating engineer show up. In the meantime, I am happy to help wherever I can. (hab jetzt 19 Jahre Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpe Erfahrung, aber nur mit Waterkotte und Alpha Innotec)

No, we were advised against these room thermostats because they apparently only make a heat pump less efficient.

Our company apparently only installed Waterkotte back then, but then a new manager came to Waterkotte, and since then the service is supposed to be worse. Now they have Viessmann as a partner. We had actually decided back then on the 333 G with integrated cooling function. Meanwhile, Viessmann only offers the NC Box. Maybe that's also the problem, since the company actually doesn't know how to build a system with the NC Box.... No idea...

Waterkotte was sold to Nibe. Therefore, steer clear of Waterkotte for now, but NIBE is said to be good. We are currently planning our heating system for the new building. Viessmann is also being considered, but I am leaning away from it. They simply have little experience with heat pumps and should continue to build gas boilers.

Exactly, this is supported by the fact that the annual performance factor for heating still looks quite good even under these conditions. Do they have a buffer storage installed? How many compressor starts are there (you can read that out)? What is the heating curve like?
