How do photovoltaic system providers search for a new construction?

Staking is done on the south to southwest/southeast sides. On the north side, it is better to keep it rather flat if the roof orientation should remain that way. (I mean to allow more radiation from the east and west). A quick Google search also brings up statistics on this.

I don’t quite understand that right now. But PVGIS would provide clarity here. It currently doesn’t work for me on my mobile phone...

A real chance to realize a photovoltaic system now only exists by self-organizing the components. The roofer can install the modules themselves right away. Conduit for the technical cable for the photovoltaic cables. Buy the inverter, get the matching storage.

One smart meter and you have everything together. Maybe a professional can do the calculations.

Companies are either completely overloaded, have no material, or simply have no interest. There are just too few companies, personnel, and materials for the current surge. Of course, we are not talking about prices now.

I would buy the material myself and then have it installed. Sooner or later, photovoltaic companies will run out of material or be so expensive that they beg for every order. The prices are relatively current and the goods can still be obtained promptly.

Fronius BYD storage systems are impossible to get. BYD cannot deliver anymore this year and the price per storage system is said to rise by 3000 euros next year.

Discard outrageous defense offers (95% at the moment?)

What is a defense offer?? :/ I inquire and they send me an intentionally overpriced offer so that I don't bother them as a potential customer?? Then better not reply at all, because my memory is like that of an elephant and I will definitely never sign with them. :(

Is storage mandatory for you? Otherwise, I would reconsider that in your place. We will have one, but economically that’s an expensive fun ;-)

My boss also went for the combo photovoltaic + battery/storage + heat pump and said that it makes sense if you’re not at home during the day, but can then draw on the charged power at night. Why shouldn’t that be worthwhile?

You can commission an electrician to install an empty conduit from the roof to the HAR and at the same time ask if they would also do the inverter and connection of the system for you. Otherwise, ask a solar installer if they will take care of that part in the HAR.

I only understand gibberish... :( If my knowledge of houses is at 100, then with photovoltaic systems it’s barely at 5... Until recently, it wasn’t even necessary to deal with this topic. And the house building project is by no means certain yet. There are definitely two million things that can go wrong with this stunt ;)

So we don’t have to install a photovoltaic system according to the development plan, but since the government is increasingly pushing and possibly obliging photovoltaic and heat pumps, I think it makes sense to include it in the construction now. Later we won’t do it anyway if the loan is fully used up now.

The idea of buying the components individually sounds interesting, but we are total laymen! We do want to do floors and such ourselves, but that is rocket science compared to this and I wouldn’t dare it that easily.

There is no developer, each plot owner – like owner (not the same) – does this on their own.

Batteries (but I have one, partially sponsored through KfW40+) usually don’t pay off because they are too expensive. My crystal ball regarding electricity prices says that soon the price per kWh of the battery should be around €600 net for it to be worthwhile.

Ah, there was our misunderstanding. I thought you wanted to tilt in the roof direction (i.e., prop up towards NNE), and that wouldn't have made any sense. I wasn't aware that you could tilt opposite to the roof orientation. Doesn't that also cast shadows on your own modules under certain circumstances?
