Aah ok, I wasn’t aware that there are differences between the SM from the operator and from the photovoltaic system.
The bidirectional meter was installed fresh at our place, but I don’t know if it’s really smart. According to the manual, at least with an additional module it is possible.
However, since no supplier currently wants/can supply us and the basic supplier has canceled our contract for whatever reason, I can’t even say if it costs anything extra.
Small OT story on the side: Never change the electricity supplier during a meter change. You then disappear into the depths of the systems because the change of the meter number at our metering point operator usually takes 6 months. Under the old meter, you are no longer traceable and the new meter is not yet registered. The old electricity supplier was unfortunately terminated by us, the new one was rejected due to the meter change. Now the meter change, after many phone calls to the metering point operator, has been completed prematurely and the new electricity supplier would like to take over, but can only take over retroactively by 6 weeks if the old supplier gives clearance. The 6 weeks since termination have passed. In the meantime, the basic supplier should theoretically step in. After several calls, a contract was also offered. However, it was revoked yesterday by the basic supplier. Reason according to the representative unclear. No one can tell us now from whom we are getting electricity. They all hold their heads, but no one can untie the knot.
