I agree here.
Our architect (who will probably take over the planning) also likes to install brine heat pumps, but without controlled residential ventilation, which gives me some concerns with today's insulation standards. I also find the option of retrofitting photovoltaic installation interesting because I think that in the future, energy storage will play a decisive role.
But the fact is that from an economic perspective, as of today, a gas condensing boiler is the best solution.
