KfW funding for KfW 40 Plus houses from now and from 01.07.2021

So I don't think I am the only architect and energy consultant who has complained about the max. €8000.
The €10,000 actually doesn't change much, because the effort is now significantly greater.
The advantage for a builder is that the thermal protection certificate as well as essential parts of the construction management and execution planning are involved.

Disadvantage, because of course almost every builder plans a second dwelling unit, especially since this is almost free under the new guidelines,
but the further subsidy only starts from the third dwelling unit.

Ultimately, a lot depends on the energy consultant, especially if he is also the designer.

Has anyone already checked the new regulations (Programm 461) to see if a contract for work can be signed before July 1st in which a funding reservation is noted? Unfortunately, I can't find anything regarding this.

And once again regarding the new KfW funding "Energy Consulting," which I would like to combine with Program 461:

What is the procedure here? What do I have to apply for at KfW (and at the earliest when?) in order to be allowed to commission the energy consultant and receive the funding? What pitfalls should be considered here?

That is not exactly what I actually wanted to know. Therefore, more concretely again:

Can I commission an energy consultant before 1.7.2021 to create the calculations that I may submit to KfW earliest on 1.7.2021 in order to receive the new funding 461 (new construction KfW 40+ house, grant 37,500 euros)

AND

Do I get a subsidy (amounting to 50%) for this energy consultant commissioned before 1.7.2021? Which funding program (number?) is that, and does this program "energy consulting" also have the premise "not before 1.7.2021"?

There is no longer an independent program for the energy consultant. Which, strictly speaking, never existed; the KfW431 only applies in combination.

That means I can commission the energy consultant on 01.06. for, say, 5000 euros, who will prepare the calculations for me - I then submit these to the Kfw on 01.07. If the funding approval is then granted, I sign the contract for work and receive 37,500 euros in funding for the house plus 2500 euros for the energy consultant at the end (all in program 461)?
