The brine line was actually flushed again only 3 weeks ago because we constantly had a malfunction with the system. Since then, it has actually been running without malfunctions and shutdowns, but now the pipes are freezing and I have these entries in the message history.... The company that installed the whole thing has actually only been doing heat pumps for years and nothing else. That’s why we are currently so disappointed that the system is starting off like this. The technician is informed but is of course very busy at the moment.

The heating system actually shouldn’t have much to do right now, especially in a new building. Given the outside temperatures, it really shouldn’t come on except for a bit of hot water. Even 210 meters is really a lot, how big is the house? With what extraction capacity was the drilling calculated? What kind of heat pump exactly is that?

I have a 20-year-old existing building (heating load >10KW) with approx. 175m (5x25m) and I currently have brine temperatures of 10-11 degrees coming in, 6 degrees going out. And it’s still cycling because at 20 Hz it can’t get rid of its heat yet.

Yes, we have a newly built city villa with a separate apartment, a total of 220m² living space and 36.5cm Ytong walls without additional insulation. Inside the house, we constantly have just under 22° Celsius. During the day, it only provides hot water, but in the evening/night, when the temperatures have dropped to around 5 to 7° Celsius at night in recent days, it apparently already has something to do.

We have a Viessmann Vitocal 222 G with 7.54 KW output. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about any calculations...

So the heat pump has just been running for about 15 minutes to produce hot water and the supply line is at -4° at the end and the return line at -6°

There is simply no need to say more, someone responsible for this should take a look. This is just not normal

that is much too cold for this time of year - or: how old is the house, meaning, did you perhaps recently run the screed heating program using the probes? In fact, your probe is not regenerating. A defect is also possible. --> Call a specialist.
