@ Blackforest Yes, the garage is also located south in front of the house – I want to have as much sun as possible in the garden (see picture from about 2 years ago) The idea with the excavation for the terrace is good. Then a small staircase towards the garden (plus ground-level access of course from the garage side) – someone else in the neighborhood has it like that too. The kitchen is on our north side (open kitchen), dining/living room area logically southwest. I would still move the garage as far forward as possible – more space in front of the house and less shoveling in winter – which is not unimportant for us...

Yes, it actually looks like my property (in case I get it). The shoveling is also an issue here (900m), even if the winters get milder. I'm still thinking about where the kitchen should go. Right at the front left (like the suggestion milkie) or in the north.

In the north - I would prefer the (morning) sun in the living or dining area...

That depends on your habits. In the south, when the kitchen (ggf. mit offenem Essbereich) is also the center of daily life and you prefer short distances when grilling, etc. In the north, when the kitchen is just a means to an end and you don't mind walking through half the house during the outdoor season.

True, Milkie, but since we have a large open-plan kitchen, the paths to the terrace are not far – and the kitchen area is therefore on the north side. Let's first hope that our questioner gets the plot – otherwise, everything here is for nothing...

Right!
But so that I can draw something in CAD: How am I supposed to read the ground floor floor height of the single-family house?
In the textual determination of the development plan, no specific single-family house is mentioned. It only says that the schematic section applies here.
See attachment.
How is this to be understood now?
The single-family house is therefore 3m above the street, and the street is at 884m?
Am I seeing that correctly?
