That was recommended to me too! multiple times! Fine filler is expensive. But in terms of cost about the same as uniflott, around 30-35€/bucket usually 20kg ready mix. May I ask what he uses per m2?

We have also finely plastered and painted. It is true that right at the beginning there are fine cracks in some places because the wall and the plaster always shift slightly. When painting the second time after a few years, these fine cracks are covered. In my old Hamburg old building apartment, the walls were covered with fleece, and there were also cracks in some places. Fleece has an advantage: children's toys hitting the plastered wall immediately cause holes I think with fleece this mishap is not quite as dramatic and visible.

We wanted to get it at Toom, where the 20kg bucket cost 49.99 €, I just wanted to check if it was in stock there and then Obi came up in the Google search, 20kg bucket for 34.99€. Toom then adjusted the price, which was definitely worth it with 15 buckets!

We wanted to do the filling etc. with friends, but due to work reasons that’s no longer possible.

The father of a very good friend is now doing it for us. Our house has 153 sqm: walls + ceilings to fill (result will be Q4, he said), sand and paint, and a drywall TV wall + cladding with facing bricks for 4500€.

So far we have spent about 750€ on materials.
The offer from our general contractor for Q2 to Q3 + painting was just under 17k.

This is an excellent price! Congratulations on this deal! Back then, I hired a Moldovan for 3 months, paid royally (there were no craftsmen) and paid roughly the same. In return, his family also has at least a worry-free year and maybe we'll see each other again. Give and take

I also received sand-lime brick walls and Q2.
Non-woven wallpaper + painting from the developer would have cost +15k (we even had a 5k credit included in the purchase price, so basically 20k).

We then decided on an inexpensive offer: plaster + sanding + 2x painting.
The result is okay. Better than woodchip wallpaper, but worse than non-woven wallpaper, although significantly cheaper.

I do see small cracks, but so far none are disturbing. So far only small ones above the terrace windows.

we also have 150 sqm + basement to plaster

it should be as simple as possible we definitely have to do it all ourselves (we don't know anyone who can offer us such a deal)

we will do it together with friends and family.

you would recommend the Knauf Rotband Flächenspachtel Plus if it should be smooth

and the Knauf Rollputz if it should be rough and textured, right?

that will already be quite an expensive affair for 150 sqm + basement

are the ones from Knauf also breathable?
we have a KFW55 house and were told to definitely use breathable filler and paints
