Tiles + parquet, if the moisture measurement of the screed gives the green light.

Baseboards can then also be done. The silicone joint will be done by us in summer (then we will have been living in the house for one year).

Thank you.
One more question about that.
These silicone joints are actually corners that are difficult to clean because dirt/dust sticks so strongly to silicone. I know that from our current bathroom.
But wooden strips are probably not better either, because very fine dirt slips between the floor and the strip?
Or would this gap be somehow filled/sealed?

To avoid any confusion: The screed must be ready for covering, then tiles and afterwards baseboard tiles are laid or set. A silicone joint is placed between the baseboard and the tile. Here, one should wait for the settling of the screed (it settles over the first few years), at least one year. Then silicone can be applied. This would be common practice.

We applied silicone joints immediately - and hope that the settling will not have too much effect.

Ah, ok, installing base tiles yes, wait one year with the joint.
Oh-oh, pushing dirt into this joint for a whole year...

Dirt is the lesser evil. Silicone ensures that no moisture (e.g. from mopping) can penetrate the gaps between the wall and the screed.

Good that vacuum cleaners exist. Since we mostly have parquet and have already glued on these baseboards, it is at least only a small problem for us. The same then applies to moisture.
