Many thanks for the detailed answer and the reference to the leaflet from betonsuisse! Can you specify how high the production costs per m² were in your case? Regards
... That would interest me as well
So the pure shell construction (no basement) with about 85% concrete and 15% brick came to 715 EUR/m2. The house has a flat roof made of concrete. However, it is structurally rather challenging (a kind of floating bungalow), which is why a lot of reinforcement steel was used. This is relatively expensive and would not weigh as much in normal statics.
Further broken down, of the 715 EUR approximately
45% labor costs
15% steel
15% concrete
5% brick
20% the rest such as insulation/waterproofing where earth is adjacent (slope location), formwork accessories, chimney, other building materials, sewer connections (pipes), crane, porta-potty, etc.
I would like to learn more about your - not quite everyday - house construction; also about further links. Could we possibly move our conversation to the regular mail channel?
Gladly. Best via private messages here in the forum or also happily in this thread (if it fits the topic).
