So, there is now an update. I now have the plot north of my parents'. It is rather narrow but relatively long; in total, it is exactly 850 m². There is no development plan, and the district office has set it this way to keep things simpler.

The development should start in August and will be carried out from the green plot at the bottom right and runs along the east end of my plot. Therefore, it would not be very practical to place the garage there. Of course, it would be practical to place the house in the northwest, but then I would need a very long driveway, which again takes up space.

That’s why we considered the variant shown here. The dimensions of the house and garage are not fixed, just for a better idea. Do you have any other ideas?
