Thank you first of all for your numerous responses.

I immediately informed myself with the police and found out some interesting information.

But I also found a company very close to me that gave me really good advice. They are now installing my new windows!

Thank you for your help!

Manuel

WK5 windows and additionally the FeBa claw. I am also having roller shutters with lift protection installed. Better safe than sorry :-(.. I will report my experiences to you!

Tell me, what interesting things were there?
I live by the motto that if someone wants to break in, they will manage it regardless of whether there are burglary-resistant windows.
Abroad, for example, I had bars installed on the windows, so you can no longer break in so silently and quickly (that had to be, since we are there only once a year, otherwise it stands empty).

No window is burglar-proof, but there are windows that make burglary significantly more difficult. During the house renovation, we installed solid windows with burglar-resistant locking. We also have [camera surveillance]. I feel safer. However, I am aware that burglars know many methods to achieve their goal.

Hi Manuel, That is a good approach. Such a consultation with the police brings quite a lot. I know a good company from southern Germany, but that's off the table now. What I can recommend are windows with integrated ventilation. These windows meet high security requirements and unwelcome guests have a hard time getting into the house. The ventilation is controlled by sensors and can be adjusted at any time. Also, the annoying airing out is no longer necessary. BG
