Unfortunately, there is no assessment given in the report. Feedback will take some time. If there are any assessments/opinions here, I would be very pleased. The issue is definitely resolved. It is also shown exactly as it has now been implemented in the execution planning.

Hello,

it's quite simple - a seal must be made according to standards. If this is not the case, there is a technical defect. There is no "proportionality". In my opinion, connecting later is rather difficult because there are overlaps. I would also be cautious with sealing using bitumen thick coating. There is a ruling from the OLG Hamm where this was not classified as a generally accepted rule of technology.

Now, certainly all conditions and the actual execution must be seen as a picture.

A defect report should definitely be written and a rectification should be requested. If support is needed, I can at least assist within the scope allowed by the distance.

Best regards Jann

Just to cause confusion.

Where did you get the pictures from? In my opinion, the first picture is for a basement. But you write strip foundation. So then the second picture. Then it is not a defect.

Who removed the caption from the second picture?

You are a bit too late here and mistaken in the execution. The OP wrote: "The issue is definitely resolved. It is also shown exactly like this in the execution planning as it has now been implemented."

As explained in post #9, probably rightfully so.

I understand it differently - the topic "immediate insertion" is "definitely done" as it has already been carried out. However, I agree with your post #9, I didn't look at it closely enough. I actually wanted to fundamentally address that whenever there is a deviation from the standard in the case of sealing (which the expert apparently has confirmed), there is always a technical defect and there is no proportionality for that. I have not checked now whether the statement that a technical defect exists here is correct - after all, pictures are missing for that.
