In my opinion, wallpaper, floor coverings, etc. are not incidental building costs but rather belong to interior finishing or painting work. The outdoor facilities should also be considered separately, as they can vary greatly depending on the size of the plot and "features" (terrace size, entrance area, retaining walls, etc.). For construction with a basement, you can then expect around €30,000; without a basement, between €15,000 and €20,000. Earthworks in particular can be costly; 1m³ of excavated soil including disposal costs about €15-20, and with a basement, you quickly have between 500 and 800m³, depending on the size of the house.

Hello everyone,

since I was reminded of this thread again due to another post, I am pushing it back up updated.

In the meantime, some builders should have completed their construction projects again. They could summarize "their" values of ancillary building costs here and thus take away a bit of uncertainty from new builders. By the way, not all federal states are represented here yet.
