For the system, evening charging is more than enough for you. If you can plug in at 5 p.m., the car will still charge for 4 hours.
From my own experience, I can say that from 6 p.m. onward it's over (even in summer). You won't get 2-3 kWh anymore, and those are already consumed solely by the stove and so on. I have a storage system and an electric car, so there's practical experience here. The only thing that would work in your favor is free charging at the workplace. Everything else is wishful thinking. To get through the night from 7:30 p.m. in summer, I need 4 kWh. So charging the car from around 6 p.m. is out of the question.
