No desire to argue with you. If you want to help a [TE], feel free to do so, but!!! no blabbering about my previous posts. Mr. von und zu Niveau-Quatschkopf

We have a similar model. Complete package from the developer without paperwork etc. But I find the targeted rate too high. We took out a few thousand more and have a significantly lower rate. Put the key data in here. Some can write more precisely about it. Otherwise, calculate quite a bit more for the sample selection, extras, and so on. Kitchen included? Turnkey definitely does not mean that it is good. Then there is the sample selection. Electrical Staircase Bathroom Windows/Doors Floor Different bricks/clinker/facade

That you feel addressed is surprising!

You don't have to argue with me, but I accept that you don't want to discuss with me, that connects us, and I also think the TE is up next, so let's help him according to his wishes, where he needs help.

How is this supposed to be assessed and evaluated if no financing plan was presented at all?

If applicable, a higher repayment may have been desired and chosen at Strahlemann.

What do you mean by your statement?

Since quite a few people have been very mistaken here with "everything is included in the offer," it would be quite helpful if you could post the offer here (anonymized, of course). We could take a look at it and then some comments about financing could be made. And the pinned post is also helpful and applicable, where the information is, by the way, also necessary for answers here.
