Is a heat pump meter sensible? According to the bill, yes, but is that correct?

Isn't the 2nd meter pointless if you have a photovoltaic system? Everything that goes through the 2nd meter shouldn't be self-consumption, right?

That is really very tight. €50 savings per year is not much. As soon as one of the prices changes, it most likely won’t be worth it anymore.
Generally, your household electricity seems relatively expensive to me. We change the electricity provider once a year, as long as there are cheaper offers, and so we always have the lowest price. Currently 25.37 cents. That is cheaper than your heat pump tariff.
Is the 5,000 kWh annual consumption correct for you? We are at nearly 7,000 kWh with the same house size and 2 people. But we also have quite a bit of technology and already had 3,000 kWh consumption in our old rental apartment. The heat pump consumes about 3,500 kWh per year for us. 5,000 kWh still seems quite low to me for an entire detached house.

You are right, I would have to include the bonus. If I subtract the 250 €, the second meter would no longer be worthwhile. There is also a bonus for the heat pump tariff. This is 60 €. I took 25 cents for heat pump electricity as the golden mean after a brief look at Check24.
I also forgot a word before. I wanted to say that I would NOT choose the upcoming contracts with a bonus anymore.

The price is currently a bit higher because I have so far changed once a year and always chosen bonus contracts. This contract has a bonus of €250. But I will no longer do that in the future, instead I will choose cheaper contracts. The consumption of just under 5,000 kilowatt hours is correct and has settled at that level since the second year in our house with 2 people. In the first year it was 6,000. And that despite the fact that we have a ventilation system with heat recovery (a little over €70 per year), as well as both working a lot from home. Otherwise, we are very frugal. Playstation or similar devices, for example, are unplugged when not needed.

Then the topic should be settled - from a calculation perspective. Not to mention the increased effort with two meters, a suitable measurement concept for the use of photovoltaic electricity for both meters (and possibly financial expenses). I would only go with one meter (and have been doing so for a long time). It has never paid off in my region (northern NRW/Lower Rhine).

I only have one meter as well. Here with us (Mittelsachsen) the delta house electricity <--> heat pump electricity is 3 cents/kWh. In the end, I would even end up paying extra. Including 3 forced shutdowns per day.
