... now 3D is not right again. Actually, you can quite well capture and understand the text with these images. It's a bit silly now, a site plan for that? "Fence in front of fence OK?" in brief.

: thanks! At least someone took the trouble to answer, unfortunately it is NRW, a different building code not quite clear to me. I just read up on comments and a Federal Court of Justice ruling. The key point here is "customary locally if the neighbor does not agree" - whereby "customary locally means the neighbor’s enclosure with a 1.8-2 m double rod fence, which has already stood like this for more than 20 years.

I have not fully untangled the alphabet soup yet, but my gut feeling tells me that you will not be able to restore neighborhood peace by talking about the neighbors to uninvolved parties over the internet forum instead of with them.

Is it about 30% of the A-route? The part with the low plants you can see in the first picture??? So what! Leave it like that, chill a bit and have a B with A to D...

And actually, the text could probably have been reduced to 10% if a proper sketch of the situation had been included ;).

And actually, the thread could have been shorter if there wasn’t meaningless trolling …. you have way too much time …

Not at all, that's why nobody reads the sermon in the first post so carefully and often enough to really understand it.
A simple sketch of the situation, even just with pencil and paper and then scanned, would really help to be able to help you properly.

Yeah, I did plant the low plants, but I realize that this is not approved either (there's tension, as you can tell) and it leads to future discussions, and I simply have no desire for that. For me, there are much more important things than that piece of brush hanging over here; the "own fence with privacy screen" is plan B for me...

And talking with uninvolved parties about something or someone is not something I consider reprehensible, especially if a) it's anonymous, b) I have already communicated my standpoint to the neighbors, c) it also serves to get an uninvolved perspective, d) to obtain substantive information (which really seems impossible here; no one is forced to read the text, yet 90% of those responding just monologue here)
