Apl costs 400 euros with a contract at Telekom, you can save that

400 euros for the wall duct or multi-branch also cheap. But who drills it?

I just checked. The 799€ is also listed on Telekom’s official website. There is a builder’s bonus of 300€ if you also order the internet product from Telekom.
