You can speak and negotiate. klblb has already mentioned a few arguments.

You do not have a right if the original offer has "expired" in terms of time.

My problem is, I have no time. The revenue loss due to the delayed opening is probably more painful than the price increase. So I will bite the bullet and take a very close look at the defects during the building inspection. But thanks for the information and suggestions.

And you decide that after half a day of forum and thinking? Sorry, but that's a bit naive. But as you can see: pressure is a bad advisor. I would cough something at the company with a 50% price increase within 6 months.

Hello!

I am not an expert, but I "do" mechanical engineering... But a 50% price increase within 6 months sounds very strange to me.
Making such an investment decision under time pressure often leads to dissatisfaction....

Best regards, torsan

Hello!

This partnership now seems to be on shaky ground. You want to swallow the bitter pill and order, and take a closer look during the setup.

Well, cheers............

Were there no alternative offers in May? From a certain investment volume, you look to the left or right.

Maybe the current supplier was so cheap that he has now noticed his mistake (?)

Hello,

Mhm - a solid log cabin costs a lot of money; years ago I had the production process of a CDN natural log house shown to me, and it quickly became clear why that has to be the case. However, it would be new to me that prices are now being rolled like dice there.

I don’t know which provider you picked, but with THE one described above I definitely would not order. Or was that such a thing from TEUR 74 ...?

What did you have in mind? We still have a free market economy in this, our country; therefore – and especially if the offer deadline has expired (it probably has, since May was a few days ago already) – you are the ultimate loser.

You should - in order to get reliable statements - explain what the house cost in May, so that we can better assign the 50%.

Rhenish greetings
