You mean painter's fleece on smooth plaster, right? With just painter's fleece, you're already looking at around €4000, without paint and without plaster.

Yes, say yes, surcharge for painter's fleece 4000€ net. It would be nice if everything together would cost 4000.

Ok, that sounded exactly the other way around. However, painter's fleece alone is not enough, you still need to put paint on it. That will cost you about the same amount extra at the painter's. Even if you want to do it yourself, good paint costs money, bad paint only means a lot of work and nerves.

Guys, unbelievable prices are being mentioned here. So paid 8-2017: 108 sqm house: 3600,- labor, 3000 material. So roughly 61.00 per sqm. What was done? Walls and ceilings were plastered (drywall ceilings) with Sto plaster, two coats, joint tape worked in.. primer. Mouldings glued into the corners. Everything painted twice with Sto Basic, partly tinted. Partly also Stosil. Bathroom, guest WC, kitchen walls covered with fiberglass and twice latex applied from Sto. Screed provided with leveling compound. Vinyl glued, skirting board from Döllken installed. Who did it? Two professionals. Where did I find them? By keeping eyes and ears open. There should also be journeymen or one-man businesses with you who want to work a bit after hours.... and where you are not ripped off. (Dear Netflix generation, that certainly works but not online) K.

No, it was also about what Malervlies costs extra, I also named the price. We don't do anything on our own. Our construction decoration team (that's what they call themselves) perform the following services:
-Painter's scaffold, ETICS, fire protection strips, reinforcement + topcoat including primer, leveling, exterior
-Wood cornice glaze... so all exterior work on the house
-Interior: primer, corner protection rails, APU strips, mesh in crack-prone areas, installation slots, gypsum plaster, cement plaster in the bathroom, filling ceiling joints (concrete ceiling)
-Drywall work
-Painting work: deep primer, filling to Q3, Malervlies, dispersion paint (1900€): For the complete painting work we pay 8,500€ net
