Good idea with a wooden beam ceiling would probably have worked, but then we would still have had the cutting machine on the ground floor and hand sawing would have been even more tedious given the amount.

But let's leave it at that. Many roads lead to Rome, as we have found out.

On topic: We are currently waiting for Nordly's Ahmeds to finally do the grouting so the scaffolding can be removed. We are now paying an extra €70 per week for the scaffolding ... seems like it won't happen until next year.

The cold roof membrane is sealed.

Not much spectacular is happening with us now, but some little things:

And outside we now also have window sills, and the windows have been "nicely" done (meaning the recesses have been closed off with boards):

The last update for this year. The roof tiles are on it. The roof is sealed, now the rain only comes in through the window openings. Happy holidays to all active participants here!

Here is the latest update on my project this year. On Thursday and Friday, the foil was put on the house and garage. Since then, it has been raining continuously.

Now my sleepless nights are over as well. My little racer just fits into the garage.
