Also, here are two pictures of the house from me. Occupied since June 2014.
... and a few details about the house from me as well:
Exterior dimensions: 11.10 x 11.10 m
Two full stories + finished attic (knee wall 1 m) / no basement, but two basement replacement rooms in the attic
House meets KFW standard
No garage - due to the orientation of the house, the development plan did not allow for a garage, actually we only wanted a carport anyway (no clutter garage, for that we have an additional paved area + large garden shed with over 12 sqm of storage space)
Ground area approx. 300 sqm = calculated living space approx. 250 sqm (= approx. 1,000 cbm of built space)
Occupied by two adults, three children + dog
Plot 830 sqm (land value now EUR 240 per sqm)
High-quality fittings (children’s bathroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, oak floorboards in all living rooms, partial home automation, geothermal energy, controlled residential ventilation, over 70 sqm of window area, tunnel fireplace as room divider, 75 sqm wooden terrace, etc.) – only the pool is still missing; we didn’t quite finish it (4 m diameter + wooden terrace and raised bed towards the neighbors (7 m x 1.10 m x 1.10 m))
