But then it has nothing to do with plastering, more with higher screed

I don't agree at all. It is certainly a solution, but a screed increase costs money. And if you want tiles later on, you're stuck and have the edge the other way around. I think it looks neat and tidy with Karsten.

What is that supposed to cost? On one side 0.5 less, on the other 0.5 more, and it balances out.

And in new buildings, it is completely normal for the heights of the coverings to be specified so that this does not happen.
