The thick suspended ceiling makes the room below appear low, but if you look at the table, you can see it is at least 2.50 or 2.6.

And very beautiful sink, how did you hide the drains?

Photo with procedure to follow, it is not so hidden. For now, a simpler one is attached, as the Steinberg bottle trap in black has a delivery time. None is attached in the photo yet. Well noticed.

Because the space above the kitchen is open, it does not look cramped in reality. The entire room with nearly 8m height over 2 floors and windows in every direction somehow doesn't fit into photos, especially not into phone photos.

May I ask where you got the wood? We want something very similar and are currently looking around accordingly.

Got our energy certificate yesterday.

- Final energy demand is 9 kWh
- Primary energy demand is 15.9 kWh
- Building envelope, i.e., Ht, is 0.248 W/(m2 x K)

For a 36.5 brick without [WDVS] and with a basement (of course insulated here), that's quite okay.

Someone must have miscalculated, the numbers are all nonsense. But that doesn't matter for the document either. You can check what you actually used in a year if you still remember then.

At which exact value is the energy consultant supposed to have miscalculated? I know all the U-values of the respective components, so the Ht is correct. The primary energy factor is also correct. I know what technology I have installed. Whether the energy demand will occur, I cannot judge. I will see then. The photovoltaic system will buffer a lot, as will the controlled ventilation system with geothermal heat exchanger (if one consistently ventilates passively).
