I also find it interesting. I wrote more information in a separate thread some time ago.

Yes, but here it would be central and you wouldn’t have to look up the info for each house.
As mentioned: Just leave it as a suggestion. Of course, everyone can handle it as they wish.

: My grandma used to say: Rome is in the smallest hut.
At the moment we need the space of a bigger house but our dream is to spend our retirement in a small house by the coast. [/QUOTE]

My childhood home "Aufheim-I" was smaller. The three of us managed easily and considered it a luxury back then.

My wife: Would like to live on the coast.
Me (Bavarian): Of course at the opposite end (meets little approval)
I already know the compromise for retirement.....: Norddeich....or Fuerteventura (also meets little approval, even though my planned holiday apartment there has gone into the house....)

Masipulani:
9.96 * 8.16
110 m² living space
135 m² usable floor space + attic
Timber frame/wood panel construction
No basement
With plot (approx. 120K) included and all additional building costs without exterior facilities about 370K

Best regards Thorsten

A small suggestion from me. If you want, I could still add the data to the individual pictures afterwards. Anyone interested can simply send me a private message with the data.

Saruss great! But I do love the North and clinker bricks and so on... I just think as a neighbor the garage would bother me, it looks so close to the neighbor and he doesn't have much garden there either?

Google Palram pavilion. There are a few variants - fixed pavilions made of aluminum with twin-wall panels as a roof (the company otherwise produces greenhouses and twin-wall panels - they are real worldwide professionals in that segment).
For us, it became the 3.6x3.6m variant. We screwed it onto our wooden terrace and the storm raging right now causes no problems. Plus, a power cable was led invisibly through a strut into the roof so that we have light next spring.

Unfortunately not very cheap...
