We are curious to see how it will look for us. Basically, it should "fit". However, on one side of the facade, we are unsure because the windows are arranged quite asymmetrically and also vary in size.

Also due to Corona and combined with a greater degree of trust, we did not check either. For actual sad events, one is also understanding – then wood problems, supply bottlenecks, etc.... until we eventually realized that the real causes for this immense construction delay and annoyances lie elsewhere. But then such things are only difficult to reverse and eventually even a contemplated exit no longer makes sense because you would have to find something better. With us, too, it was always friendly and lively contact; ideas and changes were possible at any time, as it apparently also gave the GU pleasure to build a somewhat different house once. However, in the implementation, you feel and see the deficits in the many details which were offered but not thought through in advance. So one point after another crumbles and at some point, you just want to "somehow" finish... unfortunately. He likely overextended himself with the number of his projects as well as the distance, and forward planning is not one of his favorite areas. Nevertheless, I also recognize a great degree of fairness in ordering or self-awarding, which is very far from what I mostly read here. I can get all the fittings myself, whatever they are, and I receive really good compensation; I have no doubt that it was indeed 100%. Therefore, we also benefit from this, that is clear to us and appreciated by us, but the unreliabilities have ultimately taken over. Well then... we will survive it and I am already looking forward to more pictures from you. The tiles alone might not have pleased me so much, but together with this great, clear blue it has a completely different effect!

we built a house with an architect through all phases with individual contracts. Now (no, still) our architect with her (extensive) experience was not always up to date. Heat pump, photovoltaic, KNX, network and much more were useless or at least incomprehensible to her. Energy Saving Ordinance 70, gas, socket, light switch, done. We had to contribute a lot ourselves (not labor, but input). That was very exhausting. Really exhausting. As you yourself said, over time she developed a remarkable ambition to do it well for us. We believe, because it was something new for her, that she will also advance in this case. Keep communicating (to whom am I saying this). In the end, everything will be fine, as long as no disasters happen.

Because recently it was said that photos should be posted again, and I am currently once again into Lego fever, I had to think of the following.

Our architect had recreated our then future house in Lego according to the plans in late summer 2019, long before the building application was even submitted.
It’s amazing how close it was to the final result.
We found the gesture totally sweet.

So here are house photos, but a bit different.
