Are your exterior walls brick or also precast concrete panels?
I saw a shell construction over the weekend (outside insulated brick and inside concrete walls/ceilings). Is that more cost-effective or what are the pros and cons of non-masonry interior walls?

The walls are shuttered and poured... I have no idea about the price, the architect and site manager/foreman planned that ops:

But the exterior walls are already bricked, right?

Unfortunately, we are not quite there yet. Today, the foundation slab was poured here, but from Thursday the project will finally start to take on three-dimensional shapes. I hope the onset of winter will wait a little longer. The goal for the year is to reach up to the basement ceiling.
