um... wow... but for a layman... what do you see on the left side? What is all that for? The one on the right is the normal meter cabinet?

On the right is the normal meter cabinet and the right one is the actual distribution cabinet. There is the usual plus KNX. It is not completely finished yet. The LED technology will still be installed and the circuits still need to be done. I am short on time right now but want to have it finished by next week. Above the meter cabinet will be the network cabinet.

Yesterday was the inspection of the reinforcement and the ring conductor by the building savings contract. Since no defects were found, the concrete was poured immediately afterward, which is now drying. As you can see from the rolled-up black sealing tape, the house will be a semi-detached house

Common foundation slab for 2 houses? Hopefully the sound does not transfer too much.

I wouldn't even have thought of separating the foundation slab for soundproofing. So many things to consider/keep in mind.
I see it as rather uncritical. All basement rooms are utility rooms and not living spaces, same applies to the neighbors.
