No! Pumice absorbs moisture, like Ytong and porous building materials in general. Look up processing instructions. Covering and extended drying time on site must be planned, as can be read everywhere.

Yes, it is normally plastered from the outside ... And the brick (slip?) may come years later. It is completely finished and may receive an update. Maybe it will remain without bricks.

And without plaster or other facade protection exposed to the weather. I don't really understand "brick later" either. It gets soaking wet with all its consequences for the interior.
