Hello everyone,
then I want to contribute something here as well, we are building a KFW40 house in Lower Bavaria. Bauhaus style, green flat roof. We are building with an architect who awards the trades based on our coordination. The main focus was to have as large window areas facing west as possible, because that is where the unobstructed view of the sunset is. The location cannot be built on, otherwise we would not have done it that way.
Construction started at the end of July, the basement is almost finished, the elevator shaft as well, the master builder is currently working on the sewer pipes and garage foundation. Living space about 190 sqm, air/water heat pump and on top of that, a photovoltaic system as large as possible. Looking forward to lively exchange, and if you have questions, just fire away.
