Tomorrow the basement will be excavated and the area will be backfilled or spread 70cm above the L-stones. Then about 1.5m to street level are still missing. But those will come later.
With the earth masses, the grading already costs as much as the house does for me
I'll put it this way, I'm dying the "cheaper death." An excavated basement floor including a raised terrace would have cost me 40k€ more, but with the compaction and the additional 28m of L-shaped stones around the terrace and carport, it's "only" 30k€. The disposal for the basement excavation is not included yet! The lower L-shaped stones do not belong to me.
