Is that one heating circuit, or are those two heating circuits? For one heating circuit, the magical 100 meters might have been exceeded...

: 66 meters of underfloor heating pipe were missing... discovered during an inspection by the Bauherren-Schutzbund. Thank God I have them! The large red loops are water pipes, which will only be separated later due to dirt ingress and such... and yes, the bathtub goes into the "island in the sea of pipes." @ Mastermind1: There are three heating circuits, now as calculated with a total of 248 meters of pipe length.

What I would be interested to know: what excuse does the honorable HB have ready when you hopefully confronted him about it and asked how one can "overlook" a slim 66m?

...especially when asking how the heating load calculation was met...

& Matthew11

The HB didn't have any excuse ready; he apparently didn't have the installation plan (actually commissioned on time by the GU and well prepared by the heating manufacturer), but I did. He silently corrected it on Monday morning after receiving the defect report by email on Saturday. I am satisfied and will not pursue it further. The main thing is that everything is fine now and the errors were not already covered up by the screed.
That my GU (allegedly building 15 houses per year) has the organizational level of a poorly run sausage stand, I probably don't need to mention further now. Hence the construction supervision... Thank God I did it. All good.

Since yesterday, the main contractor is back on site and working on the outdoor facilities. Despite a renewed tender, they were by far the cheapest. One offered a completion date at the end of 2019, another wanted 2.5 times as much as our main contractor. In two weeks, the worst should be over, we are already very excited.
