Small updates: The Q2 putty was gently sanded at the transitions and then treated with primer (now the walls are baby-bottom smooth ;) ). Out of a total area of 900m², we managed about 350m² this weekend. Additionally, in one residential unit, we installed the sockets, prepared the switch cables, and did some preliminary work on the distribution board (low voltage only, the rest is naturally done by the electrician). For the house connections to be made next week, we prepared more cables that we want to "throw" into the trench and run through the multi-utility duct (network for the wallboxes and power for the outdoor area / bike ports).
Here the screed layer installer really screwed up and pressed the gas pipe in front of the sockets (they don’t think even 1cm ahead at work. But I also fear they aren’t paid for that). So a few centimeters of screed will have to be removed again, the pipe moved to the left, and then “plastered up” again. The rolls on the right in the picture are the 300m² of impact sound insulation for under the vinyl and parquet.
My “cute little distribution board,” unfortunately the electrician so far had only a few hours of time.
And here as an appetizer the bathroom tiles solo:
Next week finally a whole lot will happen again. Outdoor stairs & balconies will come and be mounted, the long-awaited house connections will be made, the borehole for the heat pump (110m per semi-detached house), and all four bathrooms will be (soon) tiled.
