The screed obviously didn’t get installed last week either, because someone didn’t inform someone else in time again. The result is another delay of a week for all following trades. :/

At least today it finally happened. Quite impressive how 2 guys can do the screed for the whole house in half a day.

On Friday the HVAC installer is coming because of condensate and the electrician because he still has to lay a cable, then next week the interior plaster will start.

You don’t even have any interior plaster yet, why already screed? With us, it was a huge mess on the floor after the interior plaster, how is that supposed to be removed from the screed again?

Yes, exactly. I wrote that a few pages earlier.

I will discuss the dirt issue with the architect, but I could imagine that the plasterer will lay down a tarp during the work so that the screed doesn't get too much damage.

It will be fine.
