Here now, after a longer drama, is hopefully the final underfloor heating. On Thursday the screed is finally coming! Tomorrow the metalworker is coming to make some preparations for the stairs and gallery railings and the bar glazing, and the electrician installed the Sten today and connected the sockets. Front side scaffolding has been removed for the house connections. They are coming next week. In short: IT'S RUNNING.
It would be even nicer if we had exterior plaster, but it was too cold all December. In the one warm week before Christmas, the plasterers couldn’t work, who did an enormous job inside by the way. Q2 was the standard and they delivered Q3. Saves the painter a lot of filling work. That was really great.
The painter is coming at the beginning of February, the tiler too (fast screed), in March the parquet installer and the kitchen, and moving in is planned for early April. Hello final stretch!
