here is the final result of Q2 plastering By the way, the ceilings have now also been painted twice with intermediate sanding (oil as UV protection and to make the surface easier to care for). The "stripy" effect was gone after the intermediate sanding and the second coat.

We will now "only" carefully treat all drywall surfaces with primer and then wallpaper the areas we ourselves live in (no woodchip wallpaper :cool:)





And in case anyone is interested: The plastering in Q2 costs €2617 net for my 400m² drywall surface (with about 130m² living area)

and today already installed 2 shower trays (marble cast, each 80Kg ;) ...)





The square cover of the drain in marble cast is not yet on (then you won’t see the drain anymore)

Tiles will be laid starting tomorrow, which I am especially looking forward to. The tiles are 60x60x1 in almost black with a subtle texture. The golden freestanding bathtub including the freestanding HG bathtub faucet fits well in my bathroom, pictures of which I once promised in an earlier thread. The showers will be enclosed with approximately 2m high glass, free-standing clear panels, with the walls behind frosted in light gray (RAL 9007). Glass will also be installed behind the toilets, partly also behind the washbasins. Phew, my bathroom is costing somewhat more than originally planned :rolleyes:

Hm, that material is not really familiar to me. Are the maintenance problems that marble usually brings eliminated? Especially in the shower, otherwise you go crazy.

More precisely, the material is probably called "marble polymer" (as stated in the offer). I assume it is basically self-cleaning :D
