We actually have fiber optic :oops: and that's in Upper Franconia in a village with 60 inhabitants. Hardly believable. And there will definitely never be any neighbors. I think you misunderstood, no brownish tint in summer. Our Bauder roof planting even did well in summer 2019 without special irrigation. By "not so green" I meant "less lush" but not "looking dry." It also works visually.

We have thought about moldings and color highlights on the plaster facade, but the labor time for a painter is enormous and therefore it simply did not make it onto the priority list for the budget.

On average, about 100 euros per window are estimated for moldings. It's just a visual gimmick, after all. Therefore, I'm curious who would have liked it :)
We would refrain from any color contrast.
